Ebladi is a curated marketplace for handmade Moroccan crafts. By browsing, purchasing, or selling on Ebladi, you agree to these terms and to use the platform respectfully.

We provide listing, checkout, messaging, and review tools. Ebladi facilitates transactions between independent artisans and buyers; artisans remain responsible for fulfilling their orders unless otherwise stated in a specific buyer protection policy.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to place orders.
• Account credentials must be kept confidential; activity under your account is your responsibility.
• Automated scraping, bulk harvesting, or misuse of marketplace APIs is prohibited.

We want every purchase to feel confident and informed. Buyers are expected to review product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and estimated delivery windows before checkout.

• Provide accurate shipping and contact details at checkout.
• Communicate promptly with artisans regarding custom orders or delivery questions.
• Leave honest, post-delivery reviews only for verified purchases.
• Report suspected fraud, counterfeits, or policy violations through our help channels.

Artisans and cooperatives listing on Ebladi represent their own workshops. Sellers must maintain accurate storefronts and honor the craftsmanship standards described in their listings.

• List only handmade or authentically sourced items you can fulfill.
• Respond to buyer messages and order updates within reasonable timeframes.
• Ship orders with appropriate packaging for fragile or heritage crafts.
• Comply with applicable tax, export, and business regulations in your jurisdiction.

Ebladi celebrates slow craft and artisan integrity. Listings should truthfully describe materials, techniques, and origin. Mass-produced items misrepresented as handmade may be removed.

We may request documentation, workshop imagery, or cooperative verification for high-risk categories. Repeat misrepresentation can result in suspension.

Checkout is processed through secure payment partners (such as Stripe or PayPal, where available). Prices are shown in the marketplace currency unless otherwise noted at checkout.

An order is confirmed when payment is authorized and the artisan accepts or begins fulfillment according to marketplace workflow. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional lead time disclosed on the listing.

• Applicable taxes, duties, or import fees may apply for international shipments.
• Refunds and returns follow our Returns policy and artisan agreements where eligible.

Artisans retain rights to their designs, photography, and brand stories unless they grant otherwise. Buyers may not reproduce artisan imagery or product designs for commercial resale without permission.

Ebladi’s name, logo, and site content are protected. You may not use our branding in a way that implies endorsement without written consent.

To protect our community and comply with law, certain items may not be listed or sold on Ebladi.

• Counterfeit goods or mislabeled cultural heritage items.
• Illegal wildlife products, hazardous materials, or weapons.
• Items that infringe third-party intellectual property.
• Listings that promote hate, discrimination, or exploitation.

If something goes wrong with an order, contact the artisan first through marketplace messaging. Many issues—shipping delays, customization clarifications, or minor defects—are resolved directly and quickly.

If you cannot reach a fair outcome, Ebladi support may mediate based on order records, messages, and our Returns & buyer protection policies. We may issue refunds, credits, or account actions at our discretion when policies apply.

Ebladi may update these terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, or marketplace safeguards. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts, remove listings, or limit access when terms are violated or when necessary to protect buyers, artisans, or platform integrity.
